Commercial door estimates priced from your door schedule

Free, accurate estimates for commercial projects within 24 hours, priced from your door schedule: doors, frames and hardware sets, opening by opening.

We price from the plans, one opening at a time

A commercial door estimate is only as good as the paper it is built from. We work from your plans and the door schedule, the sheet where every opening carries its own mark and a line for the door, the frame and the hardware set that go with it. Each mark gets its own price, so you can see where the money sits instead of reading one lump sum.

That means doors, frames and hardware sets are counted together, not guessed at. A hollow metal door with the wrong frame or a hardware set that does not match the opening is the kind of mistake that shows up on site, long after the bid was won. Reading the schedule closely is how we keep it off your job.

Send the drawings to the commercial desk and we will go through them for the doors, the frames and the hardware. If something on the schedule looks unclear, we will ask before we price it rather than after.

Free, accurate, and back to you within 24 hours

Estimates are free, and you will have yours within 24 hours. There is no in-home or on-site visit required to get a number from the plans, which matters when you are bidding against a deadline in Palm Beach County.

Maria runs our commercial sales desk. She is the person who opens your set of drawings, so questions about a single opening or a whole building land with someone who reads schedules for a living. Her desk email is maria@strictlydoorsinc.com, and the main line is the quickest way to reach the office at (561) 414-2089.

Then the same crew supplies and hangs what we priced

When the estimate becomes a job, nothing is handed to a subcontractor. Our own crew supplies and installs the work: hollow metal, metal doors and frames, wood doors and the hardware that finishes each opening. The people who priced the schedule are the people you phone when the doors arrive.

We stock the lines commercial work leans on, including Daybar hollow metal, USA Wood Doors, Hager hardware, Global Door Controls closers and PBI Doors. Our 1-year labor warranty covers the installation after we leave.

What one row of your door schedule tells us

Every column is a decision we have to price. Here is how we read a row, from left to right, before a number goes on the estimate.

Once the openings are priced, the work splits by door type: see hollow metal doors and metal doors and frames, or ask for the full package from the contact page.

Mark
The hexagon tag from the drawings, like the D-07 beside this heading. It ties a line on the schedule to one opening on the floor plan, and it is how we label every line of the estimate.
Size
Width and height of the opening, with the door leaf or leaves that fill it. Size decides whether a leaf is a standard stock item or has to be ordered to suit.
Door type
Hollow metal, metal, or wood veneer, and whether the door carries a vision lite. This is the column that sends the line to the right supplier.
Frame
What the door hangs in. The schedule names the frame type, and the wall it sits in decides how it is anchored.
Hardware set
The group of hinges, lockset, closer and trim assigned to the opening. One set number can cover many doors, which is why we price the sets as well as the openings.
